Payment — USD invoice, on your terms
Gallery issues the invoice. Artwork is released only after funds clear. Settlement in USD — no FX management on your side.
Shipping — international logistics, end-to-end
You prepare artwork info + invoice. We coordinate the carrier, transit insurance, and delivery scheduling. Costs agreed upfront.
Customs — buyer-side import handled
Import clearance on the buyer's side is managed by Chaart. Your responsibility ends at pickup.

No match? Full refund.

If no matched deal closes within the 4 weeks, every penny back. No questions, no paperwork. The risk sits with us, not you.

03 · Service fee

3 – 10% on closed deals

Varies by artwork. Exact rate is agreed in writing before each deal closes — terms upfront, no surprises after.

04 · After the pilot

$200 / month — cancel anytime

If matching works, you continue at $200/month. No long-term commitment. The 4-week pilot is the only commitment we ask of you.
